SERVICE CREW
Full-time & Part-Time

Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service when attending to customer’s enquiry on all platforms.
- Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer take-out and dine-in experience.

- Provide accurate information on our products and upsell accordingly.
- Take orders, prepare food & drinks, coordinate with kitchen (for hot food) and serve.
- Day-to-day operations including maintenance of store cleanliness.
- Coordinate with customers on delivery/collection dates for online orders. Coordinate daily deliveries with delivery partners.
- Ensure sufficient stock level for retail items and stock purchasing.
- Any other task as assigned by the Manager.


Requirement
- Min GCE ’O’ Levels.
- Min 1 year in F&B with similar experience.
- Able and willing to work long hours, on weekends and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented.
- Possess SFA Basic Food Hygiene Certification.

- Basic baking experience a plus.

- Keen interest in the ketogenic diet.


Working Hours/Benefits (For Full-Time position)
- 44 hours work week (5.5days) | Rotational Shift | Must be able to work on weekends.

Bakery
Making Bread

Head Baker
Full-time

Responsibility

- Lead the production team ensuring smooth daily operations.

- As a Head baker, you are responsible for producing a full range of cakes/pastries using the company’s recipe specifications.

- Display keen interest in developing ketogenic recipes with the Director.
- Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products.
- Ensure adherence to the quality of food items according to the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines in place. (e.g applying “First in First out!” kitchen best practice as well as ensuring food items are stored in perfect sanitary condition).
- Ensure maintenance and sanitize baking utensils, tools and machinery.
- Inventory management and purchasing duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.

 

Requirements

- Min 1 year of proven experience in a bakery as a Lead or Head Baker.
- Driven and passionate in baking and developing new recipes.
- Keen in learning ketogenic baking. Training will be provided.
- Possess good initiative and able to cope with peak season and last minute rush orders.
- Possess SFA Basic Food Hygiene Certification.
