Junior Keto Cook


- Responsible for cooking and ingredients/food prep for all dine-in menu items, ensuring the quality is of high standards and consistency following our keto/low-carb recipes.
- Able to work fast under stress during peak hours, ensuring all orders (dine-in/grab/food panda) are prep orderly and timely.
- Manage and control the food preparation to minimize food wastage.
- Assist Chef in planning menu and able to create new items, SOP and Kitchen Organization.
- Ensure that there is always a sufficient supply of all menu items.  Manage food purchase/inventory according to demand.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen according to SFA requirements.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, including a cleaning schedule.
- Ad hoc duties as per assigned by superior.



- Candidate must be willing to work on rotational shift in accordance to shop's operating hours.
- Fresh Shatec graduates are welcome.
- Possess a basic food hygiene certificate.
- Only Singaporeans/PR/LTVP may apply. NO quota for WP/SP.
- Working hours: Mon to Fri – 9.30am to 5.00pm | Sat 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Full-time & Part-Time

- Provide excellent customer service when attending to customer’s enquiry on all platforms.
- Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer take-out and dine-in experience.

- Provide accurate information on our products and upsell accordingly.
- Take orders, prepare food & drinks, coordinate with kitchen (for hot food) and serve.
- Day-to-day operations including maintenance of store cleanliness.
- Coordinate with customers on delivery/collection dates for online orders. Coordinate daily deliveries with delivery partners.
- Ensure sufficient stock level for retail items and stock purchasing.
- Any other task as assigned by the Manager.

- Min GCE ’O’ Levels.
- Min 1 year in F&B with similar experience.
- Able and willing to work long hours, on weekends and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented.
- Possess SFA Basic Food Hygiene Certification.

- Basic baking experience a plus.

- Keen interest in the ketogenic diet.

Working Hours/Benefits (For Full-Time position)
- 44 hours work week (5.5days) | Rotational Shift | Must be able to work on weekends.
