Minimum order of $30 required for delivery service.

$18 specific time delivery (within any 2-hour timeslot between Mon to Sat 11am to 6pm only)

Why can’t the delivery timing be chosen for standard delivery?

Once our bakes are ready, our delivery driver will pick up all the orders for the day and the delivery process starts. The timing it will reach you will be subjected to the route undertaken for the day, and we regret that we are unable to accommodate any requests of preferred timing. Please ensure there is someone home to receive the bakes during the stated delivery timeslot. Any instructions to place the bakes outside of the specified address will be subjected to your own risk of loss and contamination.

What happens if i am always not home and will only be home for a short while to receive deliveries?

We have a specific delivery option ($18) and you may choose any 1 hour timeframe to receive the bakes from Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm. You may also opt for self-collect option and pick up your order from our retail shop.

What happens when delivery attempts are unsuccessful?

Items will be returned to Ange Bakes. We will contact you to schedule a re-delivery slot the next working day to ensure maximum shelf life for the bake items (If any). $10 Re-delivery charges apply.

Can we self-collect?

Yes you can. You will be able to select your preferred collection timeslot when carting out on our website.

Are dine-in options available at the shop?

Introduction to Keto Diet

What is the Ketogenic diet?

In short, a ketogenic diet is a very strict high-fat, moderate-protein and low-carbohydrates diet. When you limit your carbohydrate intake, your body eventually enters a state known as ketosis where your body burns fats for energy, instead of carbohydrates. Recommended daily consumption of carbohydrates are limited to 20g per day for the body to stay in ketosis.

Are Ketogenic bakes suitable to be taken by people not on the diet?

Absolutely! Our keto cakes and pastries are not only ketogenic but also diabetic-friendly and very low in carbohydrates. Most keto bakes are also gluten-free since we use grain-free flour most of the time. Not gluten-free items will be highlighted on our website.

Are the sweeteners used bad for health?

The sweeteners we use are mainly Erythritol and Allulose. These are natural sweeteners derived from corn and fruits like figs. They are FDA approved and there’s no evidence of serious long term side effects associated with consumption of these sweeteners. They are safe to be consumed in moderate amounts.

Does Ketogenic Bakes taste weird?

You will be surprised they don’t taste much different from regular confectionery. Of course, there’s only 1 way to find out. Try them!

About Ange Bakes Keto

What are Ketogenic bakes?

We “ketofied” our bakes by replacing wheat flour with premium almond or coconut flour. Refined sugars are replaced with natural plant-based sweeteners like erythritol and allulose. Ingredients compliant to the Ketogenic Diet are used. Our bakes are thus sugar-free and significantly lower in carbs compared with regular confectionery.

Are they also diabetic-friendly?

Yes. The sweeteners we use typically do not cause blood sugar level to rise. If you have any other underlying health issues and want to find out if these bakes are suitable for you, please contact your medical practitioner for advice.

Is Ange Bakes Keto Halal Certified?

We are not halal certified; however, we use halal-certified chicken and vanilla extract and bovine gelatine in our bakes. We do not use pork or lard in any of our bakes.

Why do we need to pre-order?

We bake upon orders to maintain best level of freshness before delivery/collection as our keto bakes do not contain any sugar or preservatives. This also helps us efficiently manage our production and minimize any food wastage, helping us to keep our cost low, passing on these cost savings to our customers.

Do you have a physical shop for walk-in purchases?

Yes, we are located at #B1-09 The Adelphi. We have selected sliced cakes and bakes in store daily. We welcome walk-ins and take-aways, but just a heads up, some bakes may run out and may not be available in store. If there’s any item in particular you wish to purchase, pre-orders are greatly encouraged to avoid disappointment.
