Recommended daily consumption of carbohydrates are limited to 20g per day for the body to stay in ketosis.

Absolutely! Our keto cakes and pastries are not only ketogenic but also diabetic-friendly and very low in carbohydrates. Most keto bakes are also gluten-free since we use grain-free flour most of the time. Not gluten-free items will be highlighted on our website.

What are Ketogenic bakes?
We “ketofied” our bakes by replacing wheat flour with premium almond or coconut flour. Refined sugars are replaced with natural plant-based sweeteners like erythritol and allulose. Ingredients compliant to the Ketogenic Diet are used. Our bakes are thus sugar-free and significantly lower in carbs compared with regular confectionery.
Are they also diabetic-friendly?
Yes. The sweeteners we use typically do not cause blood sugar level to rise. If you have any other underlying health issues and want to find out if these bakes are suitable for you, please contact your medical practitioner for advice.
