For this year’s Mother’s Day, we decided to introduce a popular local flavor: Pandan Coconut Cake.

Pandan is an aromatic plant prized for its sweet floral fragrance and goes exceptionally well with coconut. Our Pandan Coconut Cake features three layers of Moist Pandan Chiffon Cake, sandwiched between Pandan Butter Cream and Buttered Fragrant Coconut Shreds. We finished the design with Sugar-free Chantilly Cream, adorned with piped cream flowers sprinkled with edible dried rose petals and desiccated coconut. We find this new flavor refreshing, and we hope you will like this as much as we do.

This cake is also diabetic-friendly.
