Keto Cauli-Rice Chicken Bak Zhang - 生酮花椰菜鸡肉粽子


Zongzi or Bak Zhang is a traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves, typically eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival.

This year, we are happy to bring back this “ketofied version" using cauliflower rice instead of glutinous rice. Making it a low-carb and healthier option. Our Keto Chicken Bak Zhang follows the Hokkien rice dumpling style with braised five-spices chicken meat, salted egg yolk, and mushroom.

You can now enjoy this rice dumpling dish without getting all the bloat from the usual sticky glutinous rice. A healthier choice for this feasting season definitely.
